Keith Ringer
CEO
Mr. Ringer's career began in business development, where he quickly established himself with millions of dollars in new sales growth. He has served in a number of advertising/marketing management positions, and has founded two profitable ventures prior to joining Metromojo. Mr. Ringer holds a Bachelor of Philosophy and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Louisville.

Charles Burke
CTO & Founder
Mr. Burke possesses 22 years of programming, telecom, and network administration experience. He is a successful serial entrepreneur and technical author (How to Build an Internet Service Company, 3 editions). Mr. Burke leads the product development, network development, and technical strategy of Metromojo. He earned a Bachelor of Economics at Bellarmine University and holds numerous technical certifications.

Robert Totten III
VP, Programming
Mr. Totten is a seasoned Coldfusion and Web applications developer who has worked at a number of start-ups. He has over sixteen years of experience programming and architecting dynamic Web applications for a wide variety of clients, including Time-Warner, Broadway Across America, and General Electric. Mr. Totten is responsible for the programming and deployment of back-end systems at Metromojo.

Michael Breidenbach
Multimedia Design
Mr. Breidenbach is an artist and Rich Internet Application developer with over 10 years of professional experience. He has worked for Corvus Digital Solutions, Emazing (sold to Sony), and Northrop Grumman. He leads the design of front-end systems at Metromojo. Mr. Breidenbach holds a Bachelor of Arts from Murray State University and a Master of Fine Arts from Miami University, OH.

Vik Chadha, MEE
Independent Director
Mr. Chadha is the co-founder and CTO of Passion4Art, one of the largest online communities of visual artists in the world.  Formerly an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at bCatalyst, Senior Consultant at GE Consumer Products (six years), and Chairman of the presentations committee of the Venture Club of Louisville, Mr. Chadha brings access to numerous government and business acceleration opportunities.

Thomas Kerrigan
Director
Mr. Kerrigan's experience spans numerous positions of leadership across sales and marketing.  At MDI, a provider of software systems to the eldercare industry, he contributed significantly to sales growth and guided the company to an application service provider (ASP) model.  His career at MDI culminated in the roles of Vice President of Sales and Marketing and a directorship on the board.   MDI is a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Charles Sullivan, CPA
Director & Tax Matters Partner
Mr. Sullivan's career spans over 20 years of experience as a CFO and SVP in the construction and transportation industries, including 11 years as CFO of Liquid Transporters, a publicly traded company.  He brings access to a wealth of financial leadership and banking relationships, and serves as Metromojo's advisor for capital structure and tax strategy issues.

Mr. Burke (CTO) and Mr. Ringer (CEO) also serve as Directors.
